Workshop outline

The free informational workshop

See what’s possible.
Choose your next step.

Reflect on one task, see a demonstration, capture your starting point, and ask questions.

01 REFLECT

Where is your dot today?

Consider the work, school, family, and friendships competing for your attention. There is no perfect center.

02 SEE

Watch a practical demonstration.

See how clear context, a bounded task, and human review can turn an everyday question into a useful draft. Notice both the possibilities and the limitations.

03 CAPTURE

Complete your Time-Back Receipt.

Identify a repetitive task, record a labeled time and frequency baseline, spot an AI opportunity, and choose a safe next step.

04 ASK & REFLECT

Make your takeaway useful to you.

Ask questions, check the assumptions on your receipt, and name what you would need to learn before testing the idea.

Informational session with demonstrations and a guided reflection activity. Detailed tool setup is not required.

Before you begin

A few honest answers.

What will I leave with?

Your Time-Back Receipt: one repetitive task, a current time and frequency baseline labeled self-estimated or measured, an AI opportunity, and a safe next step. It is a useful starting record for evaluating an idea and a brief you can build on in later hands-on learning.

Do I need to be technical or already use an AI tool?

No coding or live tool setup is required. The workshop introduces the ideas through demonstrations, questions, and a guided activity.

What if I haven’t measured how long my task takes?

A self-estimate is welcome. Label it clearly on your receipt. You can choose to measure the task later before comparing it with an AI-assisted approach.

Will this guarantee that I save time?

No. Some tasks may take longer once setup, review, and corrections are counted. The receipt helps you define a starting point and a safe test; it does not claim savings before evidence exists.

Can I bring student, customer, or workplace information?

Use fictional or safely authorized examples. Do not bring sensitive records or confidential information into shared activities. Professional decisions, authorship, and permissions stay with you.

When and where is the workshop?
